Welcome to SIPping The Smart Grid

Another S.G. site / Blog why, Because of S.I.P. and a big (Well Funded) Elephant .
I hope these sites will help others LEARN and EARN $$$, in the Smart Grid. A review of using Session Initiation Protocol S.I.P. by Telecommunications equipment providers, was my last task, before downsizing after 29 years with
at Boca Raton Labs of a world wide telecom equipment manufacture. I soon realized that SIP was the perfect Rosetta stone to Tie the Smart Grids, Home Grids and Smart Meters together. The SIP forum was doing the heavy lifting, but
the Companies I knew could not seem to see the future in their grasp. As I researched the Webs and learned more, it became clear that the S.G. was very large and slippy place, with many groups, Government's and Standards bodies all
feeling up different parts of the Invisible Elephant. I now read hours of pressreleases a day. Perhaps SIPping The Smart Grid can help you and others get a handle of the parts of the S.G. that they may need to know about.

Lets take a Sip of the Smart Grid, share and learn together.
